He graduated from Saint Joseph French High School in 1996 and he received his Bachelor`s degree from Galatasaray University Public Administration and Political Science department in 2001.

In 2002, he started working at Doğuş Inşaat to carry out infrastructure contracting projects in Morocco. until 2006, he worked as a Manager in the Financial and Administrative Affairs Department of the projects group consisting of highways, viaducts and ring roads.

On his return to Turkey, he established the operating control system and implemented management strategies in the tourism investments division of Doğuş Holding, which consists of hotels and marinas.

In 2007, he started working as the founding staff of the Turkish Investment Support and Promotion Agency together with the UK and France as Project Director responsible for the automotive, energy, IT and R&D sectors. In 2008, he was appointed Chief Project Director and Chief Advisor to the Vice President. He was received a scholarship in the “Global Management” master`s program organized by the agency together with the Spanish Investment Agency and received his master`s degree from the University of Barcelona UOC in 2010.

After returning to the private sector in 2010, he started working at Türkerler Holding as a Business Development Coordinator in the field of energy, construction, privatizations, PPP and real estate projects. He played a strategic role in the development of an energy portfolio of up to 4,000 Mw and the sale and transfer of many energy projects. In 2012, he also became the founding partner of Altarys investment consulting company and served as the CEO of Aksan Law Firm.

As the Deputy General Manager of Türkerler Holding Energy Group in 2015, he carried out the development, sale, commissioning and operation processes of WPP, HEPP and GPP projects.

He was the General Manager of RES Anatolia Holding, the Turkish subsidiary of RES Group, one of the largest renewable energy project development companies in the world, between 2016-2021.

He has been working as the General Manager of Arti Bir Energy since March 2021.

At the General Assembly held in 2019, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Turkish Wind Energy Association (TWEA) and played a role in the duties of General Secretary and Chairman of the Board.

He was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board at the General Assembly of TWEA 2022 and continues to serve as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
